"Ordered through the last two times, and both times they didn’t send me all of the tickets i ordered. First time I called about not receiving it, representative kept saying that it was sent but I never received it. So I had to dispute this charge. Second time trying them again, also didn’t receive my tickets. Had to call axs to see if they can tell me what they see on their end, and they saw exactly what I saw… missing tickets. Had to call TickPick then and go through so much to finally get them to realize that the transfer did not go through. So annoying!"
