"They went out of their way to resolve a mistake. We ordered a dog bed and it arrived without the bottom cushion. This was a mistake at their manufacturer. When I called, and once I spoke with a manager, she was willing to do whatever it took to get the replacement bed to us before we were leaving that address. She overnighted the bed, despite that being very expensive, and called to check on it a few days later to make sure it was fully resolved. I was very pleased with the resolution and the customer service in general. I will say that they should better communicate between email correspondence and phone service. When I didn't hear back via email, I called. They didn't combine the orders, despite a second phone call to make sure they didn't send out two beds, so they sent another bed there after we left. Other than that, supreme service!"
