"I purchased to 2 Zoll AED Plus Defibrillators through the online system at Heartsmart.com. I called the 1-800 number and spoke with Jackie at ext. 207. She walked me through the process and as I was going to make the purchase my company p-card was declined as my single purchase limit was below the purchase amount for the 2 AED's. Jackie contacted her billing dept. and they split the two separate purchases to match below my corp single purchase limits.
Jackie was extremely polite, professional and very personable to talk to and made these transactions a breeze to complete. If I were to own a customer service company, I would want someone like Jackie to be facilitating the calls!!!!!
Heartsmart is very lucky to have Jackie as an employee in customer service!!!
