Worst company to deal with.
"I have placed my order on January 19, 2022, and it was supposed to be delivered on January 20, 2022. Order never arrived and I got the email from Office Depot that there were some issues with the delivery and when checked the tracking it says order was left on the dock. January 21, 2022, there were no changes in the tracking and called the customers service, and from that point it was all hell. Representative has no authority to do anything but just read a written script, which was not helpful at all with my situation. I called back and spoke with another representative and asked that the office depot has the option of the same day delivery and if I am not charged for that delivery charges, I can reorder the item and that can be delivered the same day, but in order to do that I will have to cancel the current order. He gave me credit of $15.00 but was not able to cancel the order, and I was told that someone will call me with the updates within 24 hours. I called the next day after 24 hours and the new representative informed me that its not 24 hours but 48 hours and that the order can not be cancelled until the 48 hours of the service ticket opened. I did not receive any call and called back and this time the representative cancelled the order and I have to wait 7 business days for the money back. Also my item was $149.99 and the amount she processed is $129.00 and even after the initial credit of $15.00, I am getting less money back and office depot and there incompetence cost me money and waste of my time and stress."
