"DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! I bought from this store because they are in my state and I was hoping to get faster delivery and shipping. I paid a little more and I paid tax too. But they just don't get the internet. They charged my credit card at order time! The status on my order didn't change for 3 business days and then it said they would ship in 24 hours. When I had nothing or heard nothing 3 days later I called their 800 number but they just refer you to their website to send an email. I sent them a second email (they ignored my first) and Matt told me it was back ordered and hoped to ship the next day. I let it go and the next day I sent them another email asking if they had the part. No response. They should have said it was on back order at the time I ordered and they should respond to their emails. Now I will have to dispute it with the credit card company and refuse the shipment if it ever does show up. I ordered from someone else who has it in stock and got it in 4 days."
"These guys are awful! They promise free shipping then bill you for the shipping! I have been round and round with customer service and for $6 shipping they are willing to lose me as a customer. Don't try to use Google Checkout with this site - free shipping turns into paid shipping."

I ordered an HP 2300DN and a LinkSys switch on Sunday. Received "Bot" confirmation e-mail. Didn't receive any other correspondence. Wesite order status shows "Under Processing..." Called on Tuesday and they said printer had shipped, LinkSys shipping today. Printer showed up on Wednesday. No LinkSys or any e-mails or confirmation by Thursday. Sent e-mail requesting status - didn't receive a reply. Website still shows "Under Processing...". Called for tracking number. LinkSys still not shipped. Won't ship until tomorrow (Friday). Said I would probably get an e-mail Friday night.
Website still says "in stock" but item still not shipped after 5 working days.
Will not buy from again."
