"I found these guys through PriceWatch while looking for a SCSI 3 cable. They had a great price with free shipping but the company web page showed a different price and shipping costs. I called them up and they told me to paste the info from PriceWatch into the “comments” box and the price will be honored. I did just that and the order went through. This was on September 29th. Two weeks go by and there is no sign of that cable. I called them up to see what was going on and in broken English I was told that they shipped the cable and it should be there soon. Of course they shipped it using United States Postal Service, which is a cheap, slow, and worst of all an untraceable carrier. I have no clue where the order is or when it will get here. Today is October 27th and i still don't have that cable and if it is not here by tomorrow this order will be canceled, and hopefully that will at least turn out okay. Avoid these clowns at all costs. UPDATE: I called them up several times and they promised to look into the issue and call me back. They never called me back. Then this happened again and again until it was discovered that the cable was shipped to the billing address and not the shipping. USPS is untraceable and to make things worse they don’t deliver to P.O. Boxes. So basically nobody has any idea where this cable is. The lady on the phone offered to send out a new one and I accepted since canceling the order and placing it with another company would take longer and cost me more. I asked the lady if she could send it priority since I’ve already waited a month and shouldn’t have to wait a day longer. She said she can’t but I insisted she talk with the manager about this. Two days later I had my SCSI cable sent to me priority, USPS - let’s give them credit for just that at least. However, today I learned that I misinterpreted what the lady on the phone meant when she offered to send me a new cable. She did not mean “hey, we screwed up we don’t know where you’re cable is so here is a new one” she meant “You ordered a cable, you never got it because we can’t tell the difference between a shipping and billing address, so we will kindly allow you to pay for another one”, as the credit card was billed for a second cable. They have permanently lost my business; I don’t care how good their prices are."
