"I was excited to find some good deals on some outdoor gear for my toddler. I ordered about 10 days before our float trip, hoping that would be enough time. I got an email that one thing in my order was out of stock, I emailed back with a solution. I never heard back, and my order remained on hold for 2 weeks. I emailed three times total and got zero response. Finally called and cancelled after finding similar deals at REI.com. Prices seem great, but I am less than impressed with customer service."
