"I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting much when I went to the site, but they had great prices on open-box and refurbished phones, so I thought I would take a chance. And that began my customer service story.
The phone I ordered wouldn't work with my carrier, so I had to return it. They refunded my whole spend less shipping and let me exchange for another phone. When my new phone arrived, I discovered the camera didn't work and mentioned it to customer support. They promptly sent out a new phone and a return shipping label, no questions or complaints, no need to see the original item.
What's really astounding about their customer support is the personal level of interaction. Where some companies feel like you're basically interacting with a computer, being pushed through forms and automated processes, I felt I was communicating with the same person throughout the return process. I emailed on Sunday evening once and I got an immediate response. I don't know how they do it. They must be working all the time.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on an open box/secondhand phone."
