"I bought an item from their sister company The Ashton-Drake Galleries in which was a joke! I asked for a manager the 2nd time and was blow smoke! Horrible customer service no one seems to know the answers to anything. And when asking why doesn't anything show up on my order page they aren't sure and really have no explanations to remedy the situation! Below is an email I sent them today! This was ordered a few days after thanksgiving to ensure my granddaughters received special christmas gift from their grandmother they can charis for a lifetime! I am beyond angry at the amount of money I spent and to be treated so casually! There is no value on customer service anymore! What happened to making sure your customers are taken care of? No customers, no paychecks! Below is the email I sent them::
I am very displeased with the service I have received so far from your company. I have contacted you now a total of 2 times and no resolution! The first time I called because I did not receive a Savanna Doll but a very low quality African America doll with no paperwork or item number indicating what item was received. I am not a prejudice individual but when I tell my golden brown long haired wringlet, white snow skinned blue eyed 6 year old granddaughter that I am sending her a doll that resembles here when she was a baby.. To be utterly traumatized and mortified when she opens the package thinking I am playing a practical joke on her! Upset I contacted your support. I was assured the correct item would be sent out and an email confirmation would follow indicating the replacement item when it would be shipped and received. No email was ever received, and I didn't even know when a replacement order shipped. Today I get a phone call from my granddaughter again this time she received your Alanna Doll! This is the 2nd item you sent incorrectly. I was highly recommended to your site for purchases! This whole ordeal has left a very unpleasant impression of your company and its incompetencies! I spoke to someone today who said he was refunding me a credit for the inconvenience? Inconvenience? I just want you to send me the correct item!?! He also indicated he would be working on a replacement of the correct item to be sent and that the warehouse would be notified! I was also told there was a return label inside the box of the item she did receive.. WHICH WAS NOT! I want the correct item I ordered!! You will send a return label so that we may send this item back! Also you can schedule a pick up! I will not be penalized or make my Daughter in law drive miles out of her way for your mistake! This is ridiculous! If this is not handled ASAP I will be filing a complaint with BBB and disputing the charges with my credit card company!"
