"I'm changing my original review because Zymetrical contacted me and remedied the situation. It was definitely unexpected and much appreciated, especially since the fact that my order was wrong was through no error on Zymetrical's part. It's not whether or not there was ever a problem that matters, it's how it was handled. Misunderstandings can always be resolved and I commend Zymetrical for coming to a resolution with me and caring enough to do so. I may purchase again from them after all. I'll just make sure to read the fine print next time around. I also want to add that my order was refunded 100% even though the fault was mine. I also get to keep my order! Can't ask for better service than that."
