Terrible buiseness
"Spent $700 on snow gear just to be told a week later that I had to pay a "small fee" to confirm the order which they already took my money for. Screwed me out of my snowboard trip and have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back. I will never spend another penny at zumiez"
