"Ordered a TV through Amazon. With no warning that a signature was required we never received the TV because we were away. I contacted the company and told them I did not want the item because it was a gift and it was too late. I had to buy one elsewhere. Their response was they were going to ship it again despite the fact that I already refused. I told them no, I don’t want it and I want a refund. They told me I should just refuse the item and it would be returned. It never came . Then I was told I was subject to a 20% restocking fee and had to pay the return shipping. I am still arguing with them. Buyer beware."
