"Ordered supplies and paid extra for expedited shipping to be received in 1-3 days. After five days, I followed-up. The link in email confirmation to check status of order did not have any info. Emailed customer service, but no response. Called twice and told it would be delivered soon. Very vague information. They did offer to credit shipping costs, but I really needed supplies. Finally after 10 days later, I called again and demanded a definitive answer. I was informed items were not in stock and on back order. Why did they not contact me or at least tell me when I called. If I knew, I would have purchased somewhere else."
