"Leslie’s has switched to an off shore call center and it is horrible. They screwed up my closing date and request and then said it would be 4 weeks before they could get back out. That’s BS. The people you get on the phone are very hard to even understand. The local store manager even admitted it is terrible and that upper management is doing nothing to correct it. They have closed my pool for 14 years but now have lost my business for sure."
"First time I have used this company. I am buying more on line it seems every month. Our local rep's cannot or will not compete with the prices and readiness to ship. The dynamics of purchasing are changing and as a PA you have to utilize the profit making opportunities."
