"I have come to expect nothing but the best in quality and customer service from ItsHot. My recent experience was no exception. What was supposed to be a simple stop turned into a wonderful shopping experience (I bought a watch and another diamond ring for my mother). I can't say enough about customer service. Both reps were extraordinarily knowledgeable of the products, even those that were not on display, and very pleasant. I did not feel pressured to buy anything and felt I had enough space to make a decision. Thank you again guys. I love your store!"

Great service!
"Liberty covered us in full when our refrigerator broke on us. We got a brand new LG refrigerator and did not need to spend any money on it. It’s been a great investment and we are only 3 months into our coverage which lasts 3 years. Overall their staff seems professional, responsive, and down-to-earth."
