"They sent me the wrong battery. When I informed them of the error, their immediate response was to tell me that the wrong battery was just as good as the one I ordered. This tells me that they knew they were sending me the wrong battery. In other words, they intentionally sent me a product I did not order.
They did agree to refund my money, but only if I paid postage to return the product. It does not make sense for any consumer to pay money to correct the misfeasance of this company. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere."
