Old Battery Sent with Unit
"No notice of item being shipped but item arrived without damage. In the instructions is states that the battery must be installed in the AED no more than one (1) year from date of manufacture. The date on the battery was October 2022. It is currently May 2024. More than seven (7) months past what the information states that it needs to be. Plus it does not tell you what to do if it is more than a year past the date of manufacture. No information as to who to contact to get a replacement battery for a brand new item. Also the unit has WiFi but never received an email with login information to connect the unit to my WiFi. The literature states that an email should have been sent but this was false. Happy with the item not being damaged in shipping but not happy with the battery being past its date of installation and no information as to who to contact to get it resolved."
