"Was not first time, looks like I’m not lucky to talked the same guy in pep boys Van Nuys!! his name’s Michael, I have no idea what he doing in there? I have a rental car from hertz /pep boys, and the same location responsible for this car, I picked up the car yesterday, after 30 miles the engine light comes on!!! I didn’t drive the car until next day!! today I went pep boys to ask and because of my bad luck was Ms big shot Michael pep boys the most famous guy that I ever seen in my life!! He was setting in there, I asked him very politely to see the light in the car to let me know if I can drive the car? he was setting there do nothings, everyone round him was working and he was setting!! surprised me when he answered ... take a picture of the light to show me??? The car was a few steps of him!!! I have no idea about this guy and what his position to do that with peoples ?? he doesn’t deserve his pay check??? I take a picture or you move your body just to look and let me know only that if I can drive the car until Monday to bring it back!! I didn’t ask him to fix or repair the car!! When I asked him again please, he answered very badly you have to wait until Monday and bring it back to hertz not to me.. Ok Mr amazing...Hello pep boys, hello Ms big shot even if you are district manager of pep boys you can treat customers like that??? I’m 67 years age, retired, was responsible for employees as manager, I have never treated peoples like that...even if hertz or whatsoever , you can’t do that Ms big shot..."
