"This company is engaged in false advertising, unethical billing practices and illegal activity.
They advertise that you can get answers from "an ENT doctor" for $5. Then they connect you to a random "doctor". They connected me to a neurologist, not an ENT. This is false advertising and Dr. Chinelo Okoye is complicit and participating in the scam.
She said "I will be happy to help". That was the answer that I paid $5 for. Then she said pay $50 dollars now and you can talk to me on the phone. And she ignored all subsequent messages.
Behind the scenes, they captured and stored my credit card information without notification or consent and covertly sign me up for a $46 dollar monthly subscription, hoping I would not notice.
This is illegal. Any subscriptions must be clearly labeled.
I have screenshots of the process.
This company deceives people and preys on people who are in distress and should be shut down.

It took a year, but they finally made it right. (UPDATED)
"UPDATE: I have changed my review from 1 star to 3. They messed up (3 times) but eventually made it right...even though it took about a year.
Oringal Experience: We got our furniture 4 months after placing the order (2 months later than they promised). There was no proactive communication about delays or issues at all. Then, when the furniture did show up, it was scratched and torn. When we called, we got an answering machine and no call back yet. Absolutely an awful experience.
Update: We finally got a call back from them and they agreed that they needed to send a replacement ottoman. They did that. BUT the new ottoman didn't match the old ones. It was really dark and a bit smaller. So they said they would replace it again and get us two matching ottomans. BUT the item was on back order (again). We waited another 3 months for new matching ottomans.
Another Update: When the new ones arrived, they were the wrong color entirely... a light vanilla color instead of tan/camel color. They agreed to try again, but it will take another 2 to 4 months to get the correct ones.
Final Update (April 2019): We waited another 3 or 4 months and they finally got it right with two, matching, undamaged ottomans.
This took much longer and was much more difficult than it should have been, but to their credit, they kept following through until they got it right. My experience was so bad that I'm not sure I could risk going through that again... however, they ultimately didn't give up and we do have the items we ordered after about a year."
