"I wish I could give their customer service one star. The wrong set of flatware was delivered to me and not only could Oneida not understand that, but they brushed it off on the manufacturer. I had to call Oneida at least ten times as no one followed up with me after they were going to "dig further into the problem." When asked if I could have a prelabeled return slip for the flatware, the first rep said yes and that she would send it via email. When I did not get it, I talked to a male rep about it who stated there was technical difficulties and it would be mailed to my one address. He also told me to "RELAX and hold off calling for a while." Excuse me??? Well needless to say the return slip has still not come in the mail so I called again and it was told to me that they do not give return slips. So basically after a large problem I had to return the wrong item with my own money. AWFUL SERVICE. I will never buy from Oneida again."
