"Where to start. Well, simply put, you can not go wrong ordering from beNippon. First of all, the customer service is awesome! I have been shopping online for over a decade and I can truly say that shopping on beNippon's site has been the greatest online shopping experience I have ever had. As for speed of delivery, I received my order 1 week after the order was placed. This really blew me away! I have ordered from anime sites located in the U.S. and have waited months before receiving my order, so to receive an order from Japan in one week is awesome! So in closing, I could not have been happier with the service I received from beNippon and I can not wait to order from them again."
