Customer service rep. needs therapy FAST!
"This evening, 1/14/2020 a Country Door rep. called late at night, middle of the week. When I asked why she was calling so late the rep. told me not to be rude! I advised her that she was calling on MY phone. I hung up and she continued to call thru the night. My husband answered the phone and she laughed loudly and continuous until he hung up. We took phone off hook and will report the company and caller to our State Atty General's office tomorrow. Fyi, When a consumer is mistreated or harassed, the State Atty General's office is the agency for consumer issues. Bye bye Country Door."
