Games arrived in horrible condition
"Ordered a lot of games and everything arrived in bad condition.
Cases broken, artworks with water damage, ripped manuals and damaged cartridge labels.
Contacted the company and they agreed to issue a partial refund (instead of replacing the damaged items), but the refund was not a refund, but a store credit!
This company is an absolute joke, completely unprofessional, sell you damaged goods and the process to return is complicated, and takes them several days to get back to you.
I will never be buying from this company again!"

Cancelled my order said book was out of stock, then raised price
"This company is shady. I placed an order for 2 books then they proceeded to cancel my order and lie saying one of the books is now out of stock.
When I went back on website the book that I bought for $9.99 was in stock, but now priced at $20.99.
Where is the BBB when you need them?"
