"So far I have placed 3 orders with Autogeek within the past 3 weeks. I have been very happy with each order, the ease of ordering, pricing, and extremely quick shipping. On my last order, a grit guard was unavailable in the color I wanted so a very polite customer service rep called me the next day, right before it was about to ship to ask if I wouldn't mind it being changed to another color. It shipped the same day and was in my hands not too long afterwards. Very pleased, plan on using them again and recommneding them to all my friends for their detailing needs!"

"Ordered a number of parts from frozencpu for a watercooling setup. They had everything packaged and shipped very quickly. Everything was properly packaged and received within a matter of a couple of days. Have ordered a couple of miscellaneous parts since that ordered and can say the same thing for these orders. Easy to navigate site (however some parts are buried within other pages, like reducers from one hose size to another). However it still is easy enough to use, great account management, fast shipping, and proper packing. Even gave a call to customer service about one part in my order and they were very happy to help me. Very satisfied: 10 out of 10!"

"I built a new server computer this past month and ordered the majority of parts from them. Great prices, easy to navigate site, fast shipping, and no hassles. I even called their customer support to make an addition to my order and they were great and willing to help me. "Ordered a Dell Flat Panel Widescreen Monitor in December (2005FPW). Product shipped and arrived very quickly. Also got an amazing price for it. Have had the monitor for three months so far without any problems. Truly love the monitor and service with Dell has been great. Have ordered other things from Dell a couple of times without any problems either. Will order from them again!"

"Ordered a computer part from them. Also received an order confirmation from them stating everything was fine. The following day the order was cancelled and the price is now higher. They would not let the order go through again. Gave a 2% discount on next order which is ridiculous. No longer ordering from here."

"Modchipman is awesome!!! Ordered a X3CP on Wednesday morning, shipped the same day and had it in my hands by Friday morning, more than 4 states away with ground shipping too!!! Very impressed with the quick processing and quick shipping of the order. Had ordered stuff from another vender previously who had very good reviews too but Modchipman blew them out of the water. Will be ordering all of my future orders with them! They also have great prices, price for my order shipped was cheaper than other sites have the product listed alone. Don't think I've EVER shopped from such a site that handled orders so quickly and accurately. I'm thoroughly impressed! Thank you!!"

"Ordered a waterproof camera case from them on Friday. They had the cheapest price available online at the time. Order went through smoothly and received the package on Monday with UPS ground (one of their warehouses is in-state). "Now my second time ordering from them and still very pleased.
They always have the cheapest prices online and when they don't they always honor my requests (as in their "Lowest Price Guarantee") Purchased 4 DVD box sets very cheaply with 2nd Day Air and they arrived on the day I expected packaged well and without a single problem.
With the once in a blue moon 20% discount I bought a $40 box set for about $20. Very pleased and will buy from again!! I recommend them to all my coworkers."

"Knowing that there are a million Best Buy stores around my area I felt confident in purchasing from their online store. I thought that if there were any problems I could go to the actual store and work it out, even after reading some reviews on here.
Boy was I wrong!!
The reason I ordered from their online store was because they had the lowest price on a set of Sony speakers SA-VE445H. They had them listed at $199.99 but only available though their online store. That was fine with me especially since they were offering free shipping.
Found out the reason why it's free is because your order never ships.
I've ordered about two DVDs from them in the past and had no problems so I thought this would be the same... ONLY ORDER WHAT IS AVAILABLE IN THE STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The next day the product showed up as backordered in my order status so I called them up and the guy said "no problem, it's just been flying off the shelves so fast that we're having trouble keeping them in. you should receive it by next week." That relieved me a little but how could he say next week if it showed up backordered?? The next day the product was removed from the site with no traces to it, not even the search function. I decided to wait another day and guess what - they canceled my order! Without even sending me an email. Received the email two days after already knowing that.
These reviews are true about orders getting cancelled. It seems to be a normal thing for Best Buy. I learned the hard way by risking it and trying to trust them... but I just ended up being another person who got their order cancelled.
LOOK at how many people are dissatisfied!! Numbers speak for themselves.. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And also don't buy their protection plans in their stores... it's just another waste of money."

"Shopped around the site quickly, no hassels finding shipping costs, everything is laid out clearly including return policy. Very satistied! Ordered a home theatre receiver and speakers from them and received everything by the end of the week. LOW prices and they even responded very quickly by email to a question I had. The only thing was that the tracking number was posted the same day I received the item. Maybe because shipping was extremely fast, but either way I was content. Plan on shopping with them again."
