"I had searched everywhere for two Ematic FunTab Pros for my granddaughters. Just yesterday I found the J&R site, and noted they were "on order". I called the merchant to ask what were my chances, and Oscar, the sales rep, said the order had just arrived! I placed the order, requested standard shipping, and to my delight, the items arrived today, less than 24 hours after I ordered them. I hope the product is as good as the service I received from J&R.
