Could not provide
"I tried to purchase ink cartridges about 4 months ago and they could not provide. They sent me a courtesy coupon, now I tried to order the same thing and use the coupon, they still can not provide. If they can’t provide what they are suppose to be able to sell, why just not eliminate it from their store, and why postpone the inevitable, just call it quits and go out of business. If you can’t even supply something as simple as ink, why would anyone bother purchasing a printer from your store?.... tired of being jerked around."

"The B&H online catalog was well organized and easy to use. I found the item that I was looking for in very little time. I did spend some time looking at the other items that they had just to familiarize myself with their store. Credit set up was simple and fast. A very worthwhile experience."
