"The customer service as Theofficeleader has been amazing from the beginning. Laurie was great helping me price out what I wanted and get my order placed. Then we couldn't wait for our patio chairs to arrive! Somehow they were "misplaced" by the freight company, but Theofficeleader was in constant communication with me to keep me updated. They even offered to reorder the chairs and have them expedited, but our original order did finally arrive. After receiving our furniture and being thrilled (and did I mention that the price was unbeatable?) we received a bill from the freight company. Now, shipping had been included in my original estimate and invoice, so I wasn't sure why I was receiving another bill. Again, the customer service at Theofficeleader was fantastic as they told me to throw the bill away and that they would get it all straightened out. This was not the smoothest order I've ever placed, what with the lost chairs and the extra bill, but all of the hassles seem to be directly related to the freight company, not Theofficeleader. And Theofficeleader was on top of these issues every step of the way. Again, I couldn't ask for any better customer service. Always friendly, always helpful. And did I mention the great price we got on our furniture?!"
