"I sent an email to keilys asking about my previous order of 4/14. And in return I got this questionnaire. For now I can't say I am dissatisfied nor satisfied. Until there is a resolution, this is my answer but if there is some kind of resolution to my question, I would be happy to fill out a second questionnaire. Thank you Maureen Rucolas"
