"Their products are great, their customer service is not. An item that was supposed to ship instead went on back order. We weren't told about this until we contacted them. It shipped 3 weeks after it was supposed to."

"Was skeptical before I used them but have to say the process was smooth. I sold them a couple of high value gift cards. I got a call for them to validate my info but the deposit hit my account the next day."
