"I ordered a Nexus Fan Controller and a Cold Cathode UV Fan from Vibe. I was attracted to them because of their prices: which were cheaper then anything I could find in Ontario.
Once the order was placed, I noticed that it took more then a couple of days for the order to be processed, let alone shipped. Once it was shipped it took another 8 business days to arrive, which means it took about 10 days to arrive.
Once my order had arrived, I opened it to discover that they had sent me a Cold Cathode version, not the UV that I had requested. I e-mailed them back to report the mix-up, but never received a reply. I decided not to pursue the matter due to its triviality, but never the less I wasn't satisfied.
I will most likely not order from them again.
Edit:
2 Days after I posted this review, I was contacted by Vibe Computers by phone. A very polite man on the other end offered to send me my UV Cold Cathode Fan the next day, free of charge, even though my original order had been over 4months ago.
I was absolutely blown away, I never expecting anything of the sort. This experience has completely changed my mind on Vibe Computers. It is very likely that I will order from them in the future.

"As most Gamers and Modders know, it is a constant struggle to buy the latest goodies, and balance the checkbook at the same time. So, we are always looking for the best selection, at the best prices. But, Once we find our Holy Grail of PC stores, we settle down like a good marriage and buy till our hearts content... or we're broke.. Whichever comes first. Well, Premier Computer Canada is the store for me.
When I made my most recent order, I thought I had hit the jackpot! A Vantec Stealth 520W Power Supply for $139.99 CDN. As I was accustomed to from my previous orders, the Power Supply was shipped the same day, and was at my doorstep in 48Hours.
Like all my previous dealings with Premier Computer Canada, the selection was excellent, the priceses were unbeatable, and the shipping was top notch.
I would, and will defiantly purchase from them again."

"I purchased a MX201 LCD from Matrix Orbital complete with keypad and the works. I was extremely happy when it arrived in its pretty little white box with “Matrix Orbital” stamped on the top. I immediately opened it to find my precious little baby tucked inside emits a wealth of packing insulation to insure no damage during shipping.
When I installed the display it had a minor defect where 1 of the keys was U/S. I e-mailed their tech-support and I reply (from a real person, not a robot) was sent very promptly. I received a new keypad from them the very next day. This did not solve the problem however, so Matrix Orbital shipped me a brand new replacement the next day (from across the country).
I was extremely impressed and satisfied with Matrix Orbital's product and technical support. I would defiantly purchase from them again."
