Anyway, they told me to contact a live agent. It took me 10 minutes to contact a live agent.. Once connected it took the agent six seconds to disconnect, REALLY? I contacted again and asked to just cancel it, The rep didn't bother to ask me what the reason for my disappointment was, simply saying "OK" and I stated I would be refunded. This is how RAISE.com treated their customers, I would never use them again. Even though I've had bad experiences with many companies, I've never experienced bad customer service like this."
