Worst customer service and managers ever
"They have cancelled my saddle order twice. Advertised in store and website but somehow sold it to someone in store and also to me. Gave no viable apology, solutions, option, and wouldn't admit fault or error on their behalf. Unprofessional, grumpy and unwilling to help. They can't even say sorry. They just say they understand why I am confused. How insulting is that?
Never again. The worst. I have list all faith in all of their Cynthia s and carolines."
