"Where's my order Staples?
First Staples didn't deliver mine when they said they would since the truck apparently ran out of time (thanks Staples for not calling to let me know and leaving me on hold for 20 mins when I called to find out)
Then Staples canceled my order and now claims that the driver tried to deliver it Friday but couldn't since my number was busy (the buzzer system is tied into the phone) when he came by (I'd bellieve that if that's what they told me the first time).
When I wrote to enquire why I was told two different reasons why the driver didn't come by I got a long winded statement that basically said poor communication between truck and warehouse. They ended the mail with "We thank you for your patience in this matter".
The word patience made me wonder if they were going to be be bringing in a replacement from another district (since it went out of stock after my order) however when I asked them that they said no however they invited me to continue to check their website for other products to purchase. How nice of them."
