"The order was placed on 8/23/19 which makes it 15 days in total as the order was placed. The other shoes came within 3 days of ordering, but these shoes taken a long time to be delivered. So, I my self contact the UPS store at today where the package was delivered last on 8/31/19, and they told me that since there was no updates or movement on this package for more then 24 hours, from the date they received on 8/31/19 up to 9/6/19, the package is considered to be lost. But bowling.com rep told me that they spoke to someone at the UPS and that the package is on it's way. UPS also filed an investigation on the package. IT is very unfortunate that it happened, my son was waiting for his shoes a while now, and now I have to tell him the bad news. Hopefully, I will get my money back soon. Very unpleasant experience. Never happened to me before. Hopefully, never again."
