Mob Mentality
"Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with Wicked Lasers in anyway, I have simply purchased multiple products from them.
First of all I strongly believe that at least half of the hate this company gets is due to what has happened in the past, yes the company did fail to keep up with the sudden order spike causing huge delays between purchasing and recieving the unit but that was a very long time ago. It seems that mob mentality is at play here due to people who have never purchased nor tried a Wicked Lasers product saying they hate the company due to delivery times etc...
I have purchased a Nano 100mw and an Arctic Spyder 3.5w laser both with attachments and they have been outstanding.
The customer service is great, they will reply within 24hrs and they will answer anything you ask in the upmost professional manner. They are a fine addition to the team and they do the company proud.
I can admit that prices do seem a little steep but for the quality of the unit and the power you recieve out of the device it becomes quickly justifiable.
If you want a high quality laser with some cool attachments and great customer service shop at Wicked Lasers, what has happened in the past is in the past, the delivery times have become so much better and they deserve a second chance."
