Awful!!!!
"I purchased 5 packages of tape in hair from Donna Bella in December 2018 for $400. On their website it says “if taken care of the hair should last 3-6 months” . I had the hair put in on December 21st. The hair is ALREADY super dry, breaking, and spitting horiribly!!! I contacted Donna Bella, and they kept responding with links on how to take care of the hair, all hair splits, or cut the hair! Um what?!?! I’ve had it for 3 weeks!!! Lol. I am using salon grade sulfate free products, washing only every 4 days, and conditioning. I didn’t mind spending the money at all, but I do mind spending that amount on a product that fell apart within the first couple weeks! They offered no solution and wouldn’t listen to anything I was saying. I’m so upset! Disappointing product and customer service!"
