"I ordered a battery grip which was defective. They issued me an RMA number but won't let me use it. they don't return emails and are rude on the phone. I will never buy from these guys again."

"I did eventually get the camera although it was a gray market not USA model that they advertised on Ebay. Shipping was very very slow. They do return emails but aren't very useful. Never got the 8gb card that they promised. Would I buy from them again? Definitely not."
