"Quite impressed with seller. I had been researching for over two weeks to find a half way decent price for CS5 and to update my office suite package, knowing I was on a extremely limited budget for upgrading my software. I found these guys via google. And was extremely nervous with buying from them, However many reviews I read convinced me to take the risk and purchase from them. A risk well worth it. I placed my order at 6 am in the morning and got a phone call from them by noon of the same day, 1. to confirm the order, 2 to tell me they had just ran out of the CS5 Standard which I ordered, since I had paid for expidited shipping they graciously honored my order and upgraded the package of CS5 to a bigger package for the same price. I can't complain here. Was shipped exactly as I ordered and recieved the first 1/2 of the product within two days and the other product is on backordered which I was okay with because I was needing the CS5 the fastest to finish my current project. I was upgrading from CS2 to CS5. I will buy from these guys again. Customer service was very proactive on thier part. Nice."

"Will never order from this company again. No phone numbers, no address, google search for phone number is dead end and just sends you to a voice mail. I order item I needed for a project that was due on a tuesday evening and spend the extra on shipping. (shipping cost more than the product) Item was not recieved when expected. Arrived a day late even with the holiday being accounted for it still arrived a day late. No tracking numbers on invoice, and no way to know what is going on. Website is a joke as when you go click on "my account" keeps redirecting you to home page."

"On 12/30/06 ordered a 4 Port USB 2.0 Internal Hub did recieve order confirmation right away. Order confirmation stated that they will notify me via email that I would recieve email confirmation of when order shipped. Never received any shipping confirmation at all, billing finally took place on 01/05/07. That is 7 days after order was placed. Product finally arrived on 01/08/07 ten days after order date. This is unacceptable shipping time for regular ground ups shipping. Even with the holidays and the added day off for Former president Ford national delared holiday thier was still plenty of time to ship this product. Order according to ups.com shipped out on the 2nd of January.
I will not be ordering from this company again namely due to high shipping cost and lack of professional follow up letting me know what was going on with my order."
