"I placed my order on a Tuesday and didn't receive any type of order acknowledgment until I reached out to them the following Tuesday. The gal I spoke to about my order never called me back with a status and I receive my order the following week and only received 2 of the 3 products I ordered. Not impressed."

Posted Jun-06-2017I'm glad you reached out. I checked when this order was placed and a order confirmation did go to your email address you provided on the order. When you called for tracking since the order hadn't shipped we didn't have any tracking to share with you. I show the order was delivered on the 2nd so earlier than your estimated delivery date so that parts good. I'm dealing with the manufacture now to see why the 3rd unit hasn't arrived yet. All three were ordered so we're a bit confused too. I promise we will get to the bottom of this and have an answer for you today.
