"I ordered an island. It was missing parts. The product was very low quality. They sent me out a replacement which was obviously sent back from someone else. It was sent in a box that allowed it to get horribly damaged to where I couldn’t use any of the items. Yes they refunded it, but had I know it was such crappy quality I would have never bought from them in the first place."
