"Last year (2013) I designed something for my laundry room. The expert (or sales person) at easy closets recommended me to make some changes that I was reluctant to make because I considered that the shelves would not be very stable but went along with his recommendation. A week ago (April 2014) the shelves fell of the wall. When I called they agreed that I needed to have more support and therefore allowed me to go back to my original design because of stability. Now easy closets is charging me for the parts to be replaced and I find this ironic and unfair. I have to also mentioned that I have 3 more closets from easy closets in which I have used my design and they are in perfect shape and standing. So in terms of customer support, I give them a very dissatisfied grade."
