Wrong part sent earlier
"I ordered an auxiliary belt tensioner late last week. I included the VIN number. I learned from other sources on the internet (Pelican Parts) that I was likely sent the wrong part for my vehicle. I called parts at Volvo Toronto and they confirmed that the wrong part was sent. I had expected that including the VIN, the compatibility would have been checked. Apparently this is not the case in my transaction. I ordered the correct (per parts person) this morning. I will return the wrong parts. It would be a nice touch if you could reimburse my postal costs and not charge the restocking fee. Thanks, Mike"
