"On 4/25 I ordered RED vinyl After waiting an entire week without any confirmation of order or tracking information I finally received a box of vinyl Navy Blue vinyl. I tried to reach the service center via the Livechat function on the website and both times after waiting well over 4 minutes each time the chat was ended. Upon calling the ***-***-**** hotline your representative whose name i didn't get said I had to pay to have the mess up fixed by FedExing the box I received back to the plant(at my cost). Upon asking for a Manager, Brandon Davis picked up at which he began by asking if the representative allowed me to send an e-mail of the mess up. I advised that I had only been told to send it back. Brandon then furnished me his E-mail address and stated to take pictures of the roll and the tag found on the box. INVOICE:4116 SKU: EW15P0504 LOT: LPE0308900A I then asked a simple question of how long before my order would be corrected (as I had clients waiting on me for their product) Brandon could not even answer it. A simple question as to whether or not I needed to get vinyl in the meantime could not even be answered by your management staff. As a result I have to order heat press vinyl from your competitors and will NEVER shop with USCutters again. Furthermore, I will be sure to tell everyone I know NOT to use USCutter and to go with someone else. The service I was rendered today was an absolute travesty. Never in all my life have I been so poorly treated. Specially after spending over $1300 in less then two months with more business coming. Consider me disgusted by your inadequately trained sales people."
