"I ordered a small package or gags as a test run from this company to see how well things would go with them. I received a response to my purchase right away and an email claiming they were shipping my order the next morning.Via UPS. The UPS site sat saying the billing information had been sent. But there was never any update. On the 21st of May I wrote Zymetrical: I received an emailed on the 9th indicating my items had been shipped on Friday the 9th of May. Meaning 8 business days and 12 total days have passed since my order was shipped. The UPS tracking site doesn't provide any helpful information regarding my order. The status is only listed as "Billing Information Received". This seems a bit outside the 4 to 6 days of expected wait time that you website lists for deliveries to Minnesota. Can you please check into our order? The prices at your web site are outstanding but with this ship time I highly doubt we will be using your service again. Thank you." ------------------------- The respond from Zymetrical you ask?: ------------------------- It appears your order was never picked up by Ups and was lost in our warehouse. We apologize deeply for this inconvenience. Your order will be shipping out today. Thank you. ------------------------- The package was due to arrive yesterday (May 28th) but according to UPS toe address information was incorrect. My information was correct and can be verified as correct from my tracking page on the Zymetrical page. My Email to Zemetrical this morning: ------------------------- Now the UPS website is stating 05/28/2008 7:57 P.M. THE RECEIVER HAS MOVED. UPS ATTEMPTING TO LOCATE RECEIVER TO COMPLETE DELIVERY, NO DELIVERY WAS MADE / THE ADDRESS HAS BEEN CORRECTED. THE DELIVERY HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED Was there an error in the address that was provided by you to UPS? The address I provided your website was correct. We're now at 20 plus days for this order. ------------------------- And the response: ------------------------- You need to call UPS. 1800PICKUPS If there is a problem with this package there is nothing we can do as it is no longer in our hands. Thank you. ------------------------- So not only did they lose my order, fail to follow up on it's shipment, LOSE IT but now they provided UPS with the incorrect shipping information making me wait even longer for an already late package, Absolute worst online company out there. As a bulk supplier we will NOT be doing business with this company on any level again."
