"I was disappointed with both my shopping experience and customer service experience. I purchased a product that I believed from the website to be a stock item - a case with carbon fiber look lid. Once I received the case, which took some time, I found that while I loved it, that I actually needed a larger case to fit my application. I called into customer service and was promised a refund and everything should be e-mailed to me shortly. After waiting I called back into customer service to then be told that they were confused and my item was in fact custom an non-returnable.. even if I was going to exchange for a larger, more expensive case. I was more upset that I was promised an exchange and then to have it revoked without my knowledge than anything. I can understand that while they positioned my product as a stock item and that it was a custom item. Be sure that before you buy that you understand this is not the Pelican company, but a re-seller."
