"Ordered a battery for my Dewalt drill and saw in January. Battery failed in March. Contacted customer service and they wanted me to pay an additional $8 for a replacement (to cover shipping). When I questioned why, they told me it was because I used the battery for "around half a year". I had IN FACT used it for 6 weeks total from time of delivery to failure. Also, NO WHERE on the web page does it state the warranty is pro-rated. It DOES state a full year warranty TWICE. No response since the third email I sent them. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE."
