Shipping is hideous
"I ordered items twenty days ago that still haven't shipped. Carter's needs to get it together to play in the delivery game. This is unacceptable, and I will NEVER order from Carter's or Oshkosh again."

"I have purchased several items from this company over the years, and every single item came defective in some way. I sent one cabinet back, only to receive another one with a warped front door. I ended up keeping it, but every time I look at the door I shake my head over the faulty products they sell. Now some of the veneer is coming off. I also bought a Victorian looking coat rack that has is totally off center. It was too much trouble to rebox and send back. I honestly have no idea how this company stays in business given their prices and lack of quality."
