Horrible customer service!
"I made a purchase 12/26/17, didn't receive my order until 3 weeks later. They were the wrong size. I emailed the owner and asked him what the conversion size should be seeing that the conversion chart was incorrect on the site. He emailed me back 2 days later with the correct size. In the meantime, I ordered the correct size and returned the other order, again, my order came in 3 weeks. I emailed him to let him know that I received the new order but to look out for the return and to please send my refund. I have emailed him close to 10 times now with bogus responses that he was sorry, they've been overwhelmed with returns and he will look for the return....same answer every time. It's been a little more than 3 months and still no refund!!!!! He is now getting reported!!"
