"I have ordered multiple filters in multiple orders from Filters Fast in the past. Always received excellent service and support. This time however there was a problem resetting a password required on payment page and multiple attempts didn’t resolve it. Customer service took over 12 hours to respond to my email and even then it wasn’t resolved. Finally I was able to remedy the situation myself and place the order. If I start having one single issue next time I order, i will e moving on to another company!"
