Primary Arms has always taken care of me
"I have shopped with them for years and their pricing is generally some of the best of not extremely competitive. Despite being so fair on pricing they continue to innovate now products that drive the industry forward. I have had two issues… one my fault and one the fault of a product they sold but did not make. In both cases they accept the return no questions asked and sent me a new one free. This is the type of care that has me picking them first time and again. Way to be great, please never change!"

Went above and beyond
"I needed an item quickly for a time sensitive project. JBO shipped extremely quickly, but FedEx failed to deliver overnight. FedEx policy is only to reimburse the shipper, not the receiver. They could have easily told me to kick rocks, but the JBO team was so helpful in not only working wi the FedEx to get my money back, but also proactively reaching out to me to keep me updated on progress. 100% will be coming to them first for any needs from now on."

"I was sold a battery tender separate from the usb I bought which already came with a battery tender. They oversold me."
